A little bit more about me:
As the Office Manager at Rhythm Wellness, I am proud to play a role in helping people achieve better sleep and, ultimately, better overall health. Our practice focuses on improving lives through personalized, non-medication solutions to sleep challenges, and it’s incredibly rewarding to be part of that process. My role allows me to ensure our office runs smoothly and that every client feels supported and valued throughout their journey with us.
I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology, and my love for this field has only grown over time. Psychology has always fascinated me, especially the connection between mental health and physical health. I truly believe that mental well-being is just as vital as physical wellness, and I’m passionate about creating spaces where people can address their challenges and feel understood.
When I’m not at work, you’ll probably find me with a book in hand or writing. I’ve always loved exploring new ideas and stories through words—it’s my favorite way to unwind. I also spend much of my time with my husband and our dog, who keep life fun, busy, and full of laughter.
In the future, I hope to continue my education and pursue a specialization in child psychology. Working at Rhythm Wellness has only strengthened my desire to help people in meaningful ways, and I’m excited to keep growing both personally and professionally.
Being part of a practice that truly makes a difference in people’s lives is something I don’t take for granted. It’s an honor to contribute to a team that’s changing lives, one good night’s sleep at a time.

How It Works
Step One: 15 minute Consultation Call
We'll have a brief phone chat to ensure we're a good fit and to address any questions you may have about the process.
Step Two: Your First Appointment
We’ll talk through what’s been going on with your sleep, your current routines, and any stressors or health concerns you have. We’ll take a comprehensive look at your sleep and mental health so that we can begin crafting a treatment plan tailored specifically to you.
Step Three: Your Treatment
We’ll meet regularly — usually weekly or every other week — and work together on building the tools and strategies you need to create real, lasting change in your sleep and daily life.
